EDISON ICE HOCKEY JERSEY ORDER FORM

Click to box in the upper left corner of the item you wish to purchase. Make sure you choose the correct size and quantity in the drop boxes below.

Jersey numbers will be assigned to you based on your first, second or third choice on a first come, first served basis with priority going to returning players. Numbers are based on availability and will be confirmed via email. 

Order jerseys for the team you are rostered on. A third jersey will be added to your order as indicated by the dual-roster check box if needed.

The sizing event took place during the Edison Hockey tryout. If you are unsure of a size please reference the information found on the "New Player" page of the Edison Ice Hockey website at https://edisonhockey.com/new-players

Uniform items will ship in about 9-10 weeks. Arriving in time for the Las Vegas Tournament in August provided your order was place prior to June 26, 2026. Uniform items will be delivered to the first practice for each team. Any orders placed after the deadline will arrive 9-10 weeks from order date.
